Elevated Hot Workshop

Description

You may have experienced our Signature Hot class, but have you discovered the little pockets where you can turn up the heat? 

In this workshop, you will be guided through key postures in the Y6 Signature Hot Sequence, showing where and how you can challenge yourself, explore advanced variations, and elevate your poses. You will leave inspired, confident, and ready to add these upgrades to your regular hot classes without disrupting anyone else. The class wraps up with a long cool down and savasana to leave you feeling fully balanced.
